Welcome to our Returns and Refunds Policy page. Please ensure you read and understand our policies before proceeding with any returns or claims.

Returns and Claims

If you need to return an item purchased from The Global Education Station, please review our return policy and the applicable conditions below. We will provide full credit for returned stock that meets our policy requirements.

Return Policy for Education Organizations

As of January 1, 2024, The Global Education Station allows returns of active, physical products in new, resalable condition within 45 days of the invoice date. Refunds are not available for electronically delivered items, including eBooks, online subscriptions, and access codes. If the wrong item was purchased, exchanges are permitted within 14 days of purchase.

Returns Conditions

  • Stock eligibility is based on the product’s status and the above policies. For restrictions, consult our Terms and Conditions . If unsure about eligibility, contact Customer Support at info@globaledstation.com.
  • Stock must be in mint, resalable condition. Items with marks, stamps, writing, or labels will not be accepted. Shrink-wrapped books must be unopened.

How to Return

  1. Include Documentation: Each carton should have a packing slip or original invoice indicating the quantity and titles being returned. If unavailable, quote the invoice number with the quantity, purchase price, and ISBN(s) of the returned items. Returns without invoice information will be credited at the lowest price offered in the past 12 months.
  2. Number the Boxes: Number each box of a return (e.g., 1 of 4, 2 of 4).
  3. Packaging: Pack items securely using appropriate materials. Use cartons of at least 275lbs test for larger boxes and 200lbs test for smaller boxes. Each carton must not exceed 42 lbs.
  4. Shipping: Ship returns prepaid by traceable means to ensure proof of delivery. We are not responsible for non-traceable shipments lost in transit.
  5. Correct Address: Ensure the correct return address to avoid liability for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Note: Returns that do not meet the above conditions will be returned at the client’s expense. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time without notice.

Shipping

When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and your chosen shipping options. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Claims – Lost, Missing, Damaged, or Defective Items

Missing Product Claims:

  • Must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Indicate any missing boxes on the waybill at delivery and notify Customer Support immediately.
  • ‘No signature required’ deliveries are at the customer’s risk. Claims may be refused if the carrier indicates a successful scan-and-drop.

Damaged or Defective Product:

  • Notify Customer Support at info@globaledstation.com within 30 days of the invoice date.

Carrier Damage Claims:

  • Indicate damage on the waybill at delivery. If not noted, report the damage within 48 hours and keep the box(es) for carrier inspection.
