Purchase Terms and Conditions

Digital Access Code Replacement

It is the responsibility of educators and schools to retain access codes and resource information for digital products. Access codes are issued to and owned by the specific school that purchased the resource and/or associated access codes. Sharing access codes between schools is prohibited.

The Global Education Station will not replace access codes at no cost for large quantities or for groups of schools that did not purchase the original resource.

Shipping Terms

Delivery: Our Distribution Centre staff will select the most efficient and economical carrier to deliver your purchase orders from our warehouse to your door. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid any delivery issues.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. These costs will be added to your invoice at the time of order.

Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided when you place your order.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track the progress of your order online.

Backorders: If an item is on backorder, we will notify you with an estimated delivery date. You have the option to cancel the backordered item if the estimated delivery time is not satisfactory.

Price Quotes

  • All price quotes are valid for 30 days.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • When placing an order based on a quote, provide or reference the original quote.
  • Orders based on quotes will ship complete as freight is quoted based on a complete shipment.

Payment Terms

All invoices are due and payable to The Global Education Station within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise noted on the invoice or agreed upon in writing. We accept payments by credit card (VISA/MasterCard), e-transfer, wire transfer, cheque, or money order.

Late Payments:

  • A late payment fee of 2.0% per month will be applied to invoices not paid within the specified terms​​​​.
  • Continued late payments may result in the suspension of your account and the ability to place future orders.

Payment Disputes:

  • If you have any disputes regarding an invoice, please contact us at info@globaledstation.com  within 10 days of receiving the invoice.

International Customers

Books can be shipped from our US and Canada distribution centers. Any customs duties and import fees for shipments outside of Canada and the US are the customer’s responsibility.

Product Status (Old Edition/Out-of-Print/Run Out)

The status of a product can affect its return eligibility. If you are uncertain about the status of a book, please contact Customer Support at info@globaledstation.com.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled without penalty if they have not yet been processed for shipment.
  • Once an order is processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled, and the return policy will apply.

Modifications:

  • If you need to modify your order, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.

Limitation of Liability:

  • The Global Education Station’s liability for any claim, whether based on breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information collected during the ordering process will be used solely for processing your order and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy [AL1] for more details.
